To recognise and celebrate exceptional staff members, I created a series of appreciation portraits designed in a bold pop-art style. Each portrait utilised the organisation’s brand colours, combining vibrancy with professionalism to align with their identity.

The goal was to capture the individuality of each honouree while maintaining a cohesive visual language that resonated with the organisation’s ethos.

The final designs were installed as a permanent display outside a prominent building, serving as an enduring acknowledgment of these employees’ outstanding contributions. The project not only highlighted my ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines but also showcased the potential of graphic design to foster workplace morale and appreciation.
